What To Do When A Loved One Passes Away
1. Engage a doctor to certify the cause of death or call the ambulance in the presence of any uncertainty
(If you do not have any doctor as a point of contact, our team will assist you in engaging a doctor)

2. Bring the documents issued by the doctor to the nearest police post to attain an official death certificate
(Identification cards of the deceased and the informant must be brought along to the police post)

3. Our team will transfer your loved one into our care
